Poloxamer 188 EMPROVE® EXPERT is a nonionic poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide) block-copolymer surfactant used in biopharmaceutical liquid formulations. This configuration contains 25 kg in a plastic box and is stabilized with 70 ppm BHT. The material is supplied to compendial specifications including Ph Eur, ChP, and NF and is supported by Emprove documentation for raw-material qualification and regulated manufacturing. In liquid protein formulations, Poloxamer 188 can reduce stress at interfaces and help limit protein aggregation during agitation, pumping, filling, and other mechanical handling. The 137112 grade is intended primarily for formulation stabilization rather than as the cell-culture-optimized Poloxamer 188 grade. The 25 kg format is appropriate for larger process-development and manufacturing requirements where bulk compendial surfactant supply is needed.
