Answer:RGD-functionalized degradable polymer, cell-degradable crosslinker, reconstitution buffer, and water.
Answer:The prepared gel has a shear modulus of approximately 400 Pa under specified conditions.
Answer:The kit is shipped on dry ice and stored at −70 °C.
TrueGel3D™ is a preconfigured chemically defined hydrogel system for three-dimensional culture of cells, spheroids, and tissue samples. This kit combines lyophilized RGD-functionalized degradable polymer with a cell-degradable crosslinker, reconstitution buffer, and water. The RGD peptide provides cell-attachment cues, while matrix-metalloprotease-sensitive crosslinks allow encapsulated cells to remodel their surroundings, spread, and migrate. Under the specified preparation conditions, the resulting gel has a soft shear modulus of approximately 400 Pa, making it useful for studies of cell migration, invasion, growth, differentiation, and co-culture. The hydrogel can be enzymatically dissolved with the separately available recovery solution to enable downstream analysis. This formulation ships on dry ice and has a storage specification of −70 °C.
