The medium ensures a high survival rate and viability of plated astrocytes, which can be used for different downstream applications.

Applications
- Cultivation and proliferation of isolated primary neonatal astrocytes in a wide range of plating densities.
- Cultivation of healthy adult astrocytes, together with AstroMACS Separation Buffer.

Overview
AstroMACS Medium is an optimized serum-free cell culture medium developed for the cultivation of primary astrocytes from both neonatal and adult mouse and rat neural tissue.
