Answer:It has four separate wells and is listed in Sartorius' 60 mL configuration.
Answer:No. It is a reagent/sample-handling plate, not a controlled cell-culture vessel with mixing and sparging.
Answer:The four-well version offers separated liquid compartments, while the single-well version uses one larger 240 mL well.
The Ambr 15 Cell Culture four-well plate is a compatible reagent and sample-handling consumable for Sartorius Ambr 15 automated cell-culture workflows. The four-well configuration and 60 mL listed volume distinguish it from the single-well 240 mL plate and the 24-well 8 mL configuration. Its separated compartments allow different liquids to be staged within a single plate position, supporting experiments that require multiple media, feeds or process reagents to be available to the automated pipetting sequence. The plate belongs to the liquid-handling accessories of the Ambr platform; it is not a four-chamber bioreactor, and it does not provide independent stirring, gas sparging or pH control. Reliable use depends on selecting the correct plate definition within the system workflow and preventing mixing between assigned wells. The four-well geometry should be considered when planning reagent allocation and sample throughput.
