Stemcell, 100-0821, Easy 250 EasySep™ Magnet

Easily and efficiently scale up your manual cell isolations from large-volume samples, such as leukopaks and whole blood. Rather than splitting your cell suspension and performing multiple rounds of isolations, with the Easy 250 EasySep™ Magnet, you can process up to 225 mL and 1.25 x 1010cells in a single isolation.

Use the Easy 250 EasySep™ Magnet with a standard T-75 cm2 cell culture flask and EasySep™ reagents to separate cells from large-volume samples without the use of columns. With its strong, high-gradient internal magnetic field, the magnet isolates cells labeled with magnetic EasySep™ particles, allowing you to simply pipette out the unlabeled cell fraction and obtain cells that are immediately ready for downstream applications. Save time and obtain highly purified cells with EasySep™ column-free technology.
