The system also includes integrated temperature control, ranging from 4 to 37°C, ensuring optimal processing conditions across diverse sample types and applications and eliminating the need for external cooling or heating devices. Whether you opt to use validated STEMCELL protocols or customize your own, STEMprep™ offers the flexibility to adapt to different tissue types and experimental needs.
The system is designed to work seamlessly with STEMprep™ Sample Tubes and tissue-specific STEMprep™ Dissociation Kits, enabling efficient sample processing and consistent tissue dissociation across numerous applications.
This modular benchtop platform is scalable to match your growing workflow. It starts with a Primary Unit (which includes the touchscreen interface), and you can increase throughput by adding Secondary Units, each capable of processing up to four additional samples.
System configurations begin with a 4-sample setup that includes one Primary Unit and a Plastic Rack for Centrifuge Tubes. To process more samples, you can add Secondary Units—each one adds space for four more samples. An 8-sample system includes one Primary Unit and one Secondary Unit, while a 12-sample system includes two Secondary Units. All setups come with a Plastic Rack for Centrifuge Tubes. If you need to process more than 12 samples, you can add Expansion Units to increase capacity by four samples at a time.
