Generate high-quality single-cell suspensions from mouse spleen tissue efficiently and reliably using the STEMprep™ Mouse Spleen Dissociation Kit. Designed to work seamlessly with the STEMprep™ Tissue Dissociator, this kit features a precisely formulated enzymatic cocktail tailored for spleen tissue, combined with an optimized mechanical dissociation protocol to gently dissociate spleen tissue while preserving cell viability and surface marker integrity.
This method supports the isolation of key immune cell populations from the spleen, including a high yield of leukocytes, particularly dendritic cells. The enzymatic digestion gently disrupts the extracellular matrix, ensuring consistent and controlled mechanical dissociation with minimal user variability.
The resulting single-cell suspensions are immediately ready for downstream applications, including cell isolation, cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular or functional assays.
For best results, use this kit in conjunction with the STEMprep™ Tissue Dissociator and STEMprep™ Sample Tubes.
