Description
Easily and efficiently isolate highly purified mouse memory CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD62LhighCD44high/int central memory and CD4+CD62L-CD44high/int effector memory) from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissue samples. Use immunomagnetic negative selection, with the EasySep™ Mouse Memory CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit. Widely used in published research for more than 20 years, EasySep™ combines the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the simplicity of a column-free magnetic system.
In this EasySep™ negative selection procedure, unwanted cells are labeled with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. Non-memory CD4+ T cells as well as other unwanted cells expressing the following markers are targeted for removal: CD8, CD11b, CD11c, CD19, CD24, CD45R, CD45RB, CD49b, CD105 and TCRγ/δ. The magnetically labeled cells are then separated from the untouched desired mouse memory CD4+ T cells by using an EasySep™ magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube. Following magnetic cell isolation in as little as 27.5 minutes, the desired cells are ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.
