Description
For Use With (Equipment): Spectra-Tech Collector II
Type: Dual Sample Cup Holder
Unit Size: Each
Advantages
• Rugged, high throughput optics provide high sensitivity for the analysis of powders
• Patented Blocker device that removes specular reflected energy, allowing distortion-free diffuse reflection spectra
• Integral purge allows removal of atmospheric interferences from carbon dioxide and water from spectral data
• Easy, reproducible sample loading and protected optics Environmental Chambers
• Provide precise control of sample environment
• Conditions that can be obtained include elevated temperatures or elevated or reduced pressure, non-ambient gaseous environments, and ambient environments
• High Temperature/High Pressure Chamber or the High Temperature/Vacuum Chamber allow studies such as heterogeneous catalytic mechanisms, thermal degradation, zeolite analysis and hazardous environment Includes:Si-Carb Sample Prep Kit
• Expands the analyses that can be performed beyond powders and small solid samples
• Includes silicon-carbide disks used to abrade the sample
• An infrared spectrum can be obtained of the material adhering to the surface of the disk Recommended for:
• Powders
• Gems
• Si-Carb scrapes
