Answer:No. This standard format is not ready-to-use; prepare the loading mixture with the supplied loading dye.
Thermo Scientific GeneRuler 100 bp DNA Ladder is a double-stranded DNA size marker for agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It contains ten purified fragments from 100 to 1,000 base pairs in 100 bp increments, with a more intense 500 bp reference band to simplify orientation during gel interpretation. The 50 µg format is supplied at 0.5 µg/µL and supports approximately 100 applications at typical loading amounts. A separate 6X TriTrack DNA Loading Dye is included for sample preparation and tracking electrophoretic migration; the ladder itself is not supplied as a ready-to-load premix. This reference supports approximate sizing and semiquantitative comparison of PCR amplicons, restriction fragments and other double-stranded DNA samples within its range. For dependable sizing, select an appropriate gel percentage, use a compatible nucleic-acid stain and compare sample migration with nearby reference bands.
