High-Performance Columns for Reliable Enantiomeric Resolution
Chiral chromatography is a specialized technique used to separate enantiomers; i.e., mirror-image molecules that cannot be superimposed. These compounds often exhibit different biological activities, toxicities, or pharmacological effects, making accurate separation essential in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and fine chemical applications.
YMC’s CHIRAL ART series features polysaccharide-derived chiral stationary phases (CSPs) based on amylose and cellulose tris-carbamate derivatives , available in both coated and immobilized formats . These columns provide exceptional stereoselectivity, durability, and solvent versatility, supporting normal-phase, reversed-phase, and supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) modes.
From analytical screening to preparative-scale purification, CHIRAL ART columns deliver consistent, reproducible performance backed by YMC’s decades of chromatographic expertise.
