This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called 2731 Pluronic® F-127, MegPure™ Detergent, 10% Solution, Sterile-Filtered. 2731-500 is the same size as the 500 ml size of ab288152.
A non-ionic detergent useful for isolation of membrane proteins. It has been found to facilitate the solubilization of water-insoluble dyes and other materials in physiological media.
