High Sensitivity D1000 Reagents 5067-5585 are used with High Sensitivity D1000 ScreenTape to size and quantify DNA fragments from 35 to 1,000 bp on Agilent TapeStation systems. The set contains the assay ladder and sample buffer and supplies enough reagent for 112 samples. Pair it with ScreenTape 5067-5584 to run the complete high-sensitivity DNA assay; the TapeStation platform supports the 4150 and 4200 systems. A measurement requires 2 µL of sample, allowing analysis of limited PCR products or DNA libraries while preserving material for downstream work. Sixteen samples finish in less than 20 minutes, and 96 samples finish in less than 105 minutes. The assay detects DNA at 5 pg/µL and measures within a quantitative range of 10–1,000 pg/µL. Quantitative accuracy is ±20% and quantitative precision is 15% CV. Sizing accuracy is ±10%, sizing precision is 5% CV, and sizing resolution is 15% from 35 to 300 bp and 10% from 300 to 1,000 bp. Samples can contain up to 20 mM sodium acetate, 20 mM guanidine hydrochloride, 20 mM phosphate buffer, 7 mM potassium chloride, or 80 mM sodium chloride. The six-month guaranteed shelf life supports scheduled assay use. A matched ladder and sample buffer, low sample-volume requirement, and defined analytical performance make this reagent set suitable for repeatable high-sensitivity DNA fragment analysis and quality-control workflows.
