The InfinityLab stainless steel capillary connects compatible HPLC modules through a defined 0.17 mm inner-diameter, 500 mm long flow path. Both ends use intermediate-screw SI/SI stainless steel connections and are supplied pre-swaged, differentiating this configuration from Quick Connect assemblies and capillaries with non-swaged short-screw fittings. The tubing is suitable for analytical LC plumbing where its length and connection geometry match the instrument design. During replacement, compare the installed line's routing, bend radius and fitting position with the designated service part. Avoid adding unnecessary capillary length, which can increase extracolumn volume and degrade narrow chromatographic peaks. After fitting the line, prime the system, check for leaks and verify that pressure and chromatographic performance remain consistent with the qualified method.
