Answer:The antibody uses clone L50-823.
Answer:This configuration supports 50 tests at 20 µL per test.
Answer:It detects the intracellular transcription factor GATA3.
BD Pharmingen™ Alexa Fluor® 647 Mouse Anti-GATA3 is a fluorescent monoclonal antibody for intracellular flow-cytometric detection of the transcription factor GATA3. This configuration supports 50 tests at 20 µL per test and uses clone L50-823, a mouse IgG1, κ antibody. The reagent is quality-control tested for human reactivity, with mouse reactivity evaluated during development and rat reactivity predicted from sequence conservation. GATA3 is a nuclear transcription factor involved in T-cell development and Th2 differentiation and is also studied in selected tumor-cell populations. Alexa Fluor 647 is excited by red-laser systems and supports multicolor intracellular staining panels after appropriate fixation and permeabilization.
