BD APC-H7 Mouse Anti-Human CD10 is a directly conjugated monoclonal antibody for detecting CD10 expression on human cells by flow cytometry. Clone HI10a recognizes CD10, a cell-surface metalloprotease also called common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA) or neutral endopeptidase. CD10 expression helps characterize B-cell maturation, germinal-center populations, hematopoietic precursors, and selected leukocyte subsets in research panels. The APC-H7 tandem fluorochrome is excited by a red laser, allowing CD10 measurement alongside markers occupying other spectral channels. Use appropriate single-stain compensation controls and titrate the antibody within the complete multicolor panel. This formulation provides 100 tests at 5 µL per test. Store at 2–8°C, protect from light, and do not freeze. Prolonged exposure to paraformaldehyde or bright light can alter APC-H7 emission; minimize fixation time and verify compensation after any processing change.
