Answer:Clone 4a recognizes Stat1 phosphorylated at tyrosine 701.
Answer:This configuration contains enough reagent for 250 tests at 5 µL per test.
Answer:The antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.
Alexa Fluor™ 647 Mouse Anti-Stat1 (pY701) is a phospho-specific monoclonal antibody for flow-cytometric analysis of Stat1 activation. The mouse IgG2a clone 4a recognizes Stat1 phosphorylated at tyrosine 701, a modification induced downstream of signaling pathways such as interferon, EGF, PDGF, and CSF-1. This configuration provides 250 tests at 5 µL per test. Alexa Fluor 647 has excitation and emission maxima near 653/669 nm, making the conjugate suitable for red-laser-compatible multicolor panels. Because the target epitope is intracellular, phospho-flow workflows typically include fixation and permeabilization before staining. The reagent is useful for measuring pathway activation in human cells and has also been tested during development with mouse samples. The antibody is supplied in aqueous buffer containing BSA and sodium azide.
