Answer:They are intended for compatible BD flow cytometers operating with FACSDiva software version 7.0 or later.
Answer:One 3 mL vial of reference bead suspension, sufficient for approximately 50 tests.
Answer:Store at 2–8 °C, protect from light and do not freeze.
BD FACSDiva CS&T Research Beads are fluorescence reference particles used for automated cytometer setup and performance tracking on supported BD digital flow cytometers. The reagent is intended for instruments running BD FACSDiva software version 7.0 or later. The suspension contains bright, medium and dim bead populations with different fluorescence responses, enabling software-assisted characterization of selected optical and electronic detector performance. This configuration supplies one 3 mL vial sufficient for approximately 50 tests. Routine use helps laboratories detect changes in instrument performance over time and maintain consistent daily cytometer setup. Store the vial at 2–8 °C, shield it from light and do not freeze. After dilution, observe the stated use intervals and avoid unnecessary light exposure. The beads do not replace biological compensation controls, panel optimization or sample-specific quality control. They are research instrument setup materials, not antibody staining beads or cells intended for biological analysis.
