Answer:Human IL-3 receptor alpha chain, also known as CD123.
Answer:No. The 6H6 clone is a nonblocking anti-CD123 antibody.
Answer:Phycoerythrin (PE), in a 100-test format using 5 µL per test.
The BD Pharmingen™ PE-conjugated mouse monoclonal anti-human IL-3Rα antibody uses clone 6H6 to detect CD123 expression by flow cytometry. CD123 is the interleukin-3 receptor alpha chain and participates in formation of the high-affinity IL-3 receptor complex with the common beta chain. The target is expressed on several hematopoietic populations, including basophils, dendritic cells and selected progenitor cells. Phycoerythrin (PE) fluorescence enables bright detection in an appropriate orange-emission channel. This 100-test reagent uses 5 µL per test and is suitable for multiparameter analysis of human blood cell subsets. The 6H6 clone does not block IL-3 binding to the receptor.
