BD Cytometer Setup and Tracking (CS&T) Beads support standardized flow cytometer baseline characterization and routine performance monitoring on compatible BD instruments using FACSDiva software generation 6. The fluorescent bead preparation contains populations with different relative intensities, allowing instrument software to assess detector performance, track variation, and establish reproducible setup settings. Daily measurements can be followed against an instrument baseline to identify shifts in fluorescence response. This kit provides 150 tests and belongs to the FACSDiva 6.x-era bead workflow. It is an instrument quality-control material, not a cellular compensation bead reagent or biological sample. Selection should take account of the exact cytometer model, software revision, and required bead-lot setup file.
