BD FACSDiva CS&T Research Beads provide a fluorescence-based reference for setup and performance tracking of supported BD digital flow cytometers operating with FACSDiva software version 7.0 or later. The bead populations carry fluorescent dyes excited by multiple laser lines, enabling software-guided detector characterization, baseline establishment, and routine quality monitoring. The 150-test research-use kit helps laboratories distinguish day-to-day instrument variation from changes in biological samples. Bead lot information is used during software configuration, and prepared beads require use within their defined stability window. This format is specifically associated with FACSDiva v7-and-later workflows rather than the earlier CS&T kit intended for older software generations. Store the supplied vials at 2–8°C, protected from light, without freezing.
