| Recommended Usage | Add 5µl of the Cell-Vive™ Ultra-LEAF™ Defined True-Stain Monocyte Blocker™, GMP for up to 1x106 cells immediately prior to the addition of antibodies, or mixed into the antibody cocktail, so that the final staining volume will equal 100 µl. This step can be performed at room temperature or on ice (2-8°C) for at least 15 minutes. |
