| Disclaimer | WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety practices per universal precautions when working with this reagent. Refer to the reagent safety data sheet. This antibody contains sodium azide. Follow federal, state and local regulations to dispose of this reagent. Sodium azide build-up in metal wastepipes may lead to explosive conditions; if disposing of reagent down wastepipes, flush with water after disposal. All specimens, samples and any material coming in contact with them should be considered potentially infectious and should be disposed of with proper precautions and in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Do not use this reagent beyond the expiration date stated on the label. Do not use this reagent if it appears cloudy or if there is any change in the appearance of the reagent as these may be an indication of possible deterioration. Avoid prolonged exposure of the reagent or stained cells to light. |
Answer:It recognizes human CD3ε and uses mouse monoclonal clone SK7 conjugated to APC.
Answer:The vial contains 500 µL of antibody at 50 µg/mL.
Answer:It is an analyte-specific reagent (ASR); analytical and performance characteristics are not established.
BioLegend APC anti-human CD3 is a mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to allophycocyanin for detection of human CD3 on T lymphocytes by flow cytometry. The SK7 clone recognizes CD3ε, a component of the T-cell receptor complex; its APC fluorophore supports use in red-laser flow cytometry panels with an appropriate APC detection channel. The supplied volume is 500 µL at a stated concentration of 50 µg/mL. The reagent is designated an analyte-specific reagent (ASR), with analytical and performance characteristics not established; it must not be represented as a general RUO assay kit or as a cleared diagnostic test. Store undiluted at 2–8 °C, protect from light and do not freeze. For panel development, titrate the antibody with relevant specimens and controls, verify compensation, and consider the influence of fixation and antigen expression on staining quality.
