Corning Stripette™ 50 mL serological pipettes support accurate aspiration and dispensing of culture media, buffers and reagents in routine laboratory liquid-handling workflows. These disposable polystyrene pipettes are individually wrapped in paper/plastic packaging and sterilized for aseptic use in cell culture and other applications. Their purple color-coded stripe identifies the 50 mL size, while 0.5 mL graduations and negative graduation up to 10 mL aid volume selection and meniscus reading. The pipettes are calibrated to deliver with blowout at 20 °C and offer specified accuracy within ±2% at full volume. An antidrip tip reduces unintentional liquid release during transfer. The configuration contains 25 individually wrapped pipettes per bag and 100 pipettes per shipping case. Corning also specifies nonpyrogenic and DNase-/RNase-free production.
