The approximate fractionation range for globular proteins is 10,000 to 600,000 Da, supporting resolution of protein species, aggregates and molecular-size variants within a suitable process design. The median particle size is approximately 34 µm, and column efficiency depends on bed packing, sample volume and operating flow. The resin is supplied preswollen in 20% ethanol; exchange the storage liquid before column packing and operation.
