Answer:1 L of Capto adhere ImpRes bulk resin.
Answer:High-resolution polishing of monoclonal antibodies and other proteins.
Answer:Multimodal anion exchange chromatography, including bind-and-elute polishing.
Cytiva Capto adhere ImpRes is a multimodal strong anion exchange resin engineered for high-resolution separation of proteins and biopharmaceutical impurities. This 1 L bulk resin format supports chromatography column packing for method development, preparative purification and scale-up evaluation. A bead size of approximately 40 µm and a selective multimodal ligand enable polishing strategies that separate a target protein from product aggregates and other process-related components. Bind-and-elute operation can be used to recover antibody products through a controlled change in buffer conditions, while flow-through strategies can retain selected contaminants. The medium is particularly relevant after protein capture when additional purity is required. This format is supplied as bulk resin, so working column volume, bed height and process conditions are established during method design.
