The ÄKTA avant rinse system tubing is a replacement fluid-handling component for the instrument's pump rinsing circuit. It helps maintain the auxiliary rinse route used during chromatography system operation and servicing. The pump rinse circuit is distinct from the chromatography sample and mobile-phase flow path, so this tubing should not be substituted for an inlet line or a column outlet tube. Inspect existing tubing for kinks, discoloration, wear and insecure joints before replacement. Route the new section without sharp bends and reconnect it to the designated rinse-system ports to preserve normal circulation. After installation, verify that the rinse liquid moves through the intended pathway and that the connections remain leak-free. Routine attention to the rinse circuit supports pump maintenance and helps limit buildup around serviced pump components. This is replacement tubing only; it does not contain a pump head, chromatography column, sensor or a complete fluidic overhaul kit.
