ÄKTA pure™ 25 M is a configurable liquid chromatography system for laboratory protein purification and method development. It supports controlled chromatography operations for affinity capture, ion exchange, size exclusion, and related protein separation workflows when equipped with suitable columns and buffers. The 25 M configuration belongs to Cytiva's ÄKTA pure 25 instrument family and is distinct from the 25 L and 25 M1 or M2 configurations. UNICORN software provides a framework for programming runs, monitoring instrument operation, and reviewing chromatographic data. The system can be used for routine research purification, development of protein purification strategies, and reproducible scale-up studies. Actual installed valve options, monitors, fraction collection, and accessory contents depend on the purchased configuration, so those should be identified separately when specifying a complete system.
