NanoAssemblr™ Ignite NxGen™ Cartridges are microfluidic mixing consumables used to formulate nanoparticles on the NanoAssemblr Ignite and Ignite+ platforms. The NxGen mixing geometry combines flowing liquid streams under controlled conditions, supporting reproducible nanoparticle formation during research and early formulation development. The standard cartridges operate at flow rates up to 20 mL/min and are supplied in a pack of 100 for experiments involving repeated formulations or parameter screening. This version is the standard nondilution NxGen cartridge, not the NxGen dilution cartridge or higher-throughput NxGen 500 cartridge. It can be incorporated into lipid nanoparticle workflows, including formulation studies where flow-rate ratio, total flow rate and feed composition influence particle properties. Maintain consistent setup and fluid-path handling between runs to limit variability. Cartridges are validated for single use; any reuse must follow the applicable instrument software, process controls and qualified facility procedures.
