Description

Application

The Individual Differences in the Perception of Oral Chemesthesis Are Linked to Taste Sensitivity.: Research highlights the link between chemesthetic perceptions and taste sensitivity, emphasizing the role of compounds like aluminum ammonium sulfate in sensory science, useful in tailoring consumer products to enhance palatability and efficacy (Sandell MA et al., 2021).

Compounding MgCl₂·6H₂O with NH₄Al(SO₄)₂·12H₂O or KAl(SO₄)₂·12H₂O to Obtain Binary Hydrated Salts as High-Performance Phase Change Materials.: Demonstrates the application of aluminum ammonium sulfate in creating efficient phase change materials for thermal energy storage, suggesting its broader applicability in sustainable energy solutions (Zhang Z et al., 2019).

Behavioral effects of long-term oral administration of aluminum ammonium sulfate in male and female C57BL/6J mice.: This animal study investigates the long-term effects of aluminum ammonium sulfate consumption, contributing to safety assessments and regulatory standards for its use in consumer products (Miyakawa T et al., 2018).

The Revision of Aluminum-containing Food Additive Provisions in China.: Discusses regulatory changes and safety evaluations of aluminum-based additives like aluminum ammonium sulfate in the food industry, impacting formulation and compliance strategies (Zhang JB et al., 2016).
