Merck, 1086031000, Triton™ X-100

Application

A liposome encapsulated methylene blue-mediated electrochemical and UV-visible dual mode split-type immunoassay for the detection of 17 beta-estradiol.: This study presents a dual detection method incorporating Triton X-100 to enhance the performance of assays in detecting hormonal levels critical for biochemistry applications (Xia et al., 2024).

From Antagonism to Enhancement: Triton X-100 Surfactant Affects Phenanthrene Interfacial Biodegradation by Mycobacteria through a Shift in Uptake Mechanisms.: This research explores how Triton X-100 modifies biodegradation processes at the microbial interface, pivotal for biochemists studying environmental and biochemical applications of surfactants (Wang et al., 2024).

Tumors cells with mismatch repair deficiency induce hyperactivation of pyroptosis resistant to cell membrane damage but are more sensitive to co-treatment of IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha to PANoptosis.: Investigates the complex interactions between cellular processes influenced by Triton X-100, which are crucial for understanding the surfactant′s role in biochemistry and cancer research (Li et al., 2024).

Subcranial Encephalic Temnograph-Shaped Helmet for Brain Stroke Monitoring.: This study utilizes Triton X-100 to create phantom brain tissues to investigate medical monitoring systems for brain stroke (Cuccaro et al., 2024).
