The concentration specification is 9500–10,500 mmol/L by acidimetric titration. The solution is suitable for applications including ELISA, immunofluorescence, and western blotting where a concentrated, controlled base is needed for pH adjustment or reagent preparation. DNases, RNases, phosphatases, and proteases are not detected, helping reduce the risk of introducing unwanted enzymatic activity into sensitive molecular workflows. The product is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid rather than pellets, avoiding the dissolution step required for solid sodium hydroxide. This SKU contains 100 mL. Because concentrated NaOH is strongly caustic and rapidly absorbs carbon dioxide, use compatible labware, appropriate protective equipment, and tightly closed storage.
