Application

Refining the rheological characteristics of high drug loading ointment via SDS and machine learning.: This research employs sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to optimize the textural properties of pharmaceutical ointments, illustrating the integration of SDS with machine learning techniques for quality control in drug formulation (Liu et al., 2024).

Enzymatic and Algebraic Methodology to Determine the Contents of Kunitz and Bowman-Birk Inhibitors and Their Contributions to Total Trypsin or Chymotrypsin Inhibition in Soybeans.: Details a novel use of SDS in enzymatic assays to analyze protein inhibitors in soybeans, offering a methodological advance in agricultural biochemistry (Liu K., 2024).

Electrophoresis.: Highlights the pivotal role of SDS in electrophoresis techniques, essential for the separation and analysis of proteins and nucleic acids in biochemical research (Sonagra and Dholariya, 2024).

Proteomics reveals the mechanism of protein degradation and its relationship to sensorial and texture characteristics in dry-cured squid during processing.: Utilizes SDS in proteomic studies to explore protein interactions in food processing, linking molecular changes to sensory and textural attributes of seafood (Chen et al., 2024).
