This strongly neutralising antibody is directed against natural and recombinant forms of human TNF β. It does not cross-react with human TNF alpha or TNF alpha or β of most other species. It can be paired in a sandwich ELISA for TNF β with 359-238-8 (Sigma catalog no. 92030605).
Preparation NoteMaintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37 °C.
