Application
Silicon metal standard reference material (SRM) is intended for use in the evaluation of instrumental and chemical methods of analysis.
Features and Benefits
Accompanied with certificate documenting NIST-certified values, expanded uncertainties, and expansion factor(k) for elements in SRM 57b.
Reference and information values are reported as mass fraction value for each element in silicon metal.
The certified values are metrologically traceable to the SI unit of mass, expressed as milligrams per kilogram.
The NIST certificate is provided with expiration certificate, storage, handling, use, and maintenance instructions.

Other Notes
Certified for the analytes listed below.
Aluminum (Al), Boron (B), Phosphorus (P), Titanium (Ti), Manganese (Mn), Iron (Fe), Nickel (Ni), Zirconium (Zr)

Reference/Informational value is provided for the following analytes. Calcium (Ca), Cobalt (Co), Chromium (Cr), Copper (Cu), Vanadium (V), Hydrogen (H), Carbon (C), Oxygen (O), Sulfur (S)

See certificate for values and more details at nist.gov/SRM.
