Answer:The pack contains 12 individually bagged tube sets.
Answer:It is designed for the 24-vessel Ambr 250 High Throughput perfusion configuration.
Answer:Yes. Each set includes a weldable tubing section for integration into single-use process lines.
Ambr® 250 High Throughput Perfusion Tube Kits are used to connect and operate 24-vessel perfusion workflows on compatible Ambr 250 High Throughput systems. The pack contains 12 individually bagged tube sets, and each set includes a weldable tubing section so it can be integrated into a closed single-use process path. The tubing material is synthetic thermoplastic elastomer, supporting sterile welding and flexible routing during perfusion process development. The kits are supplied irradiated and are intended for cell-culture applications such as perfusion process optimization and characterization. By providing preconfigured tubing for the 24-way bioreactor arrangement, the kit reduces manual assembly work and helps laboratories standardize media delivery, harvest or permeate routing, and other liquid-handling connections across parallel bioreactor experiments.
