Ambr® 250 High Throughput Reagent Bottle, 1 L is used as a larger liquid reservoir for feeds, media components and other process reagents in Ambr 250 High Throughput fed-batch and perfusion experiments. The bottle provides a nominal volume of 1000 mL and is supplied in a 12-piece pack. Its larger capacity is useful when parallel bioreactor experiments require substantial volumes of a common feed or reagent over an extended process. The bottle is designed to integrate with the Ambr 250 automated liquid-handling environment so that additions can be managed consistently across multiple vessels. Ambr 250 consumables are individually wrapped and irradiated for aseptic workflows. This 1 L format complements smaller reagent-bottle sizes when process characterization or optimization studies require greater liquid capacity without repeated reservoir replacement.
