Ambr® 250 High Throughput Mammalian Vessels with four liquid-line filters are used for parallel mammalian-cell bioreactor process development. Each single-use vessel provides a 250 mL nominal volume and a working range of approximately 100–250 mL. The vessel includes dual pitched-blade impellers, baffles, an open-pipe sparger, integrated pH and dissolved-oxygen sensors, and liquid-line filters for controlled additions and sampling. The pack contains six individually wrapped, irradiated vessels that are ready for compatible Ambr 250 High Throughput systems. The vessel geometry supports scale-down studies for process optimization and characterization while preserving important mixing and mass-transfer behavior. Its integrated sensing and preconfigured fluid-handling features reduce setup time and help maintain consistent conditions across parallel cell-culture experiments.
