Answer:A pack contains 24 individually wrapped irradiated vessels for standard-temperature operation at 33–40 °C.
Ambr 15 Cell Culture sparged microbioreactor vessels provide the single-use culture chambers required for parallel cell-culture process development on the Sartorius Ambr 15 platform. Each vessel supports a 10–15 mL working volume and incorporates a pitched-blade impeller, a submerged sparge tube and sensor spots for pH and dissolved oxygen monitoring. The standard-temperature configuration is designed for cultivation in the 33–40 °C range and supports controlled comparisons of media, feed strategies, clone behavior and process conditions across multiple small reactors. Integrated gas delivery and mixing allow studies to address oxygen transfer and culture performance under defined settings. Each pack contains 24 individually wrapped irradiated vessels, helping reduce preparation time between experimental campaigns. The vessels are designed as consumable culture containers for compatible Ambr 15 equipment; they are not supplied with the automated control station, gas supply or analytical instrumentation.
