4Cell®XtraCHO Production Medium (PM) is a non-selective production medium for batch or for fed-batch culture of for Sartorius CHO-DG44 cell lines.Needs to be supplemented with L-Glutamine prior to use following the instructions for use, usually at 4 – 6 mM final concentration.Contains Glucose.No Hypoxanthine/Thymidine.No Insulin.The 4Cell®XtraCHO Media and Feeds are accompanied by a Drug Master File (DMF) and assistance with regulatory submissions.
