Answer:This version is configured for cation analysis.
Answer:The suppressor is rated at 100 µeq/min in a 4 mm format.
Answer:No. It uses full electrolytic regeneration.
Dionex™ NGES Next Generation Electrolytic Suppressor is an electrolytically regenerated suppressor for ion chromatography. This configuration is the 4 mm cation-analysis version with a capacity of 100 µeq/min. The device performs continuous electrolytic regeneration without chemical regenerant solutions and is designed for high capacity, low noise, resilience to post-suppressor backpressure, and rapid startup. It supports methanesulfonic-acid and sulfuric-acid eluents and can operate in recycle mode or external-water mode. The maximum specified flow rate is 3 mL/min, with up to 500 psi post-suppressor backpressure and a temperature range of approximately 15–50 °C. It is the recommended replacement for selected Dionex DRS 600 and ERS 500 suppressor configurations.
