Answer:No. It is the pedestal-only NanoDrop One configuration without Wi-Fi.
Answer:It measures samples from 1 µL using the pedestal.
Answer:New sales have been discontinued.
NanoDrop™ One/One C Microvolume UV-Vis Spectrophotometer is designed for rapid absorbance-based analysis of small-volume nucleic acid and protein samples. This exact configuration is the NanoDrop One pedestal-only instrument without Wi-Fi; it must not be confused with a NanoDrop OneC model that includes a cuvette position or a wireless-enabled instrument. It requires a minimum sample volume of 1 µL and automatically adjusts the optical pathlength from 0.030 to 1.0 mm. Its xenon flash light source and CMOS detector cover wavelengths from 190 to 850 nm, supporting DNA and RNA absorbance measurements, A260/A280 and A260/A230 ratios, protein A280 readings and other available microvolume UV-Vis methods. The integrated seven-inch touchscreen enables instrument operation and results review, with a typical measurement and processing time of approximately eight seconds. The instrument detects double-stranded DNA down to approximately 2 ng/µL on the pedestal and has an upper concentration range of 27,500 ng/µL. New sales of this model have been discontinued; the description identifies its technical capabilities rather than implying current factory availability.
