It separates molecules predominantly by their hydrodynamic size and is suited to protein characterization, molecular-size profiling and aggregate-related studies where a suitable SEC method is established. The extended 600 mm bed length distinguishes it from the shorter 300 mm G3000SW format. Column pressure, mobile-phase composition and flow conditions must stay within the specified operating limits.
