Answer:pH 1–12.
Answer:4.6 × 250 mm with 5 µm particles.
Answer:Its bridged-ethyl hybrid particle substrate supports a wider usable pH range.
The Waters XBridge BEH C18 analytical HPLC column contains endcapped, bridged-ethyl hybrid particles with a trifunctionally bonded C18 stationary phase. Its 5 µm particle size, 130 Å pore structure and 4.6 × 250 mm column geometry support reversed-phase separations in method development and established analytical workflows. BEH hybrid particle chemistry gives the column a broad specified mobile-phase pH range of 1–12, making it useful when method selectivity requires acidic or alkaline operating conditions. The maximum specified pressure is 415 bar. This column is a conventional HPLC-format analytical separation column, not a preparative column or a smaller-particle UPLC variant. One column is supplied per package.
