Answer:An endcapped T3 C18 phase on 1.8 µm, 100 Å high-strength silica provides reversed-phase retention, including under highly aqueous conditions.
Answer:Yes. The T3 bonded phase supports mobile phases containing up to 100% water.
Answer:The published range is pH 2–8, with a maximum pressure of 18,000 psi (1,240 bar).
Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 is a reversed-phase column with 1.8 µm high-strength silica particles, 100 Å pores and a 50 × 2.1 mm packed bed. Its endcapped T3 C18 bonded phase combines retention of polar analytes with compatibility with highly aqueous mobile phases, including 100% water. The short, narrow-bore format supports fast, low-volume UPLC and LC–MS methods with low stationary-phase bleed. The stainless-steel column has an eCord and is specified for pH 2–8 and pressures up to 18,000 psi. One analytical column is supplied.
