GlycoWorks Rapid Deglycosylation Kit - 4 x 24 is used for rapid enzymatic release of N-linked glycans from glycoproteins during LC, LC-MS and related glycan sample-preparation workflows. The four-by-24 kit supports 96 analyses and contains four 0.035 mL vials of Rapid PNGase F enzyme, four 0.25 mL vials of GlycoWorks Rapid Buffer and four 10 mg vials of RapiGest SF surfactant. Rapid enzymatic deglycosylation enables preparation of released glycans for subsequent derivatization, cleanup and chromatographic characterization. The module is useful both within the established GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS workflow and for evaluating completeness of glycan release or comparing intact and partially deglycosylated glycoprotein preparations. It is also relevant to preliminary site-occupancy screening and complementary glycan investigations where enzymatic release must be controlled. The product is a deglycosylation module, not a complete fluorescent-labeling or cleanup kit: the RapiFluor-MS labeling reagent and dedicated cleanup components are separate workflow stages. The four separate 24-reaction sets support convenient handling of samples in batches while retaining capacity for a full 96-sample preparation sequence.
