Answer:Released glycans labeled with 2-AB, 2-AA or RapiFluor-MS can be separated using its glycan-specific HILIC phase.
Answer:MaxPeak surface treatment reduces unwanted interactions between analytes and metal hardware, supporting sensitive and reproducible assays.
Answer:No. It is the glycan-specific 130 Å version, quality-controlled for glycan separation and supplied as one 2.1 × 150 mm column.
Waters XBridge Premier Glycan BEH Amide HILIC Column combines glycan-specific 130 Å BEH amide chemistry with MaxPeak High Performance Surface hardware. Packed with 2.5 µm particles in a 2.1 × 150 mm column, it is designed for profiling released glycans labeled with fluorophores such as 2-AB, 2-AA or RapiFluor-MS. The amide stationary phase separates hydrophilic glycan structures while the Premier hardware reduces undesirable analyte interactions with metal surfaces in the flow path. This is especially useful when developing sensitive LC-MS or fluorescence methods in low-dispersion LC systems. Glycan mapping performance depends on labeling efficiency, gradient composition, instrument dispersion and sample cleanup. The column is supplied singly and uses glycan-specific quality-control testing. Unlike a general-purpose Premier BEH Amide column, this version is optimized and characterized for labeled glycan separations.
