The Waters ACQUITY™ Premier Protein SEC column separates protein size variants, including antibody monomers, aggregates and fragments, using 250 Å pore, 1.7 µm BEH-PEO hybrid particles. Its 4.6 × 300 mm hardware incorporates MaxPeak Premier high-performance surfaces to minimize unwanted secondary interactions between protein analytes and the column flow path. The approximately 10–650 kDa working molecular-weight range supports characterization of monoclonal antibodies and related biopharmaceuticals. This size-exclusion column is quality-control tested with a monoclonal antibody size-variant standard and is intended for low-dispersion LC and UPLC SEC methods. It is supplied as one column, not as a column-and-standard bundle.
