Answer:It is designed for fluorescence detection (FLR) on an Alliance HPLC system.
Answer:Eight 10 mL ampoules, including anthracene standards at multiple concentrations and one blank diluent.
Answer:The solutions contain 80% HPLC-grade acetonitrile and 20% ASTM Type I laboratory water by volume.
The Alliance Fluorescence Qualification Standards Test Kit supplies an anthracene concentration series for assessing an Alliance HPLC system equipped with fluorescence detection. It contains eight 10 mL ampoules: one each at 0.5, 1.0 and 10.0 pg/µL anthracene, two at 5.0 pg/µL, one at 2.5 ng/mL, one at 2.5 µg/mL, and one blank diluent. The standard solutions use an 80:20 (v/v) mixture of HPLC-grade acetonitrile and ASTM Type I laboratory water. The concentration levels support qualification tests that assess detector response and chromatographic performance under controlled methods. A certificate of analysis accompanies the solutions. Store the unopened materials at 5 ± 3 °C and follow the applicable Alliance fluorescence qualification procedure and solvent safety requirements.
