Answer:75 mm.
Answer:4.6 mm inner diameter with 3.5 µm particles.
Answer:Yes. It is an endcapped silica-based C18 reversed-phase material.
The Waters Symmetry C18 column provides a 75 mm analytical separation bed packed with high-purity, base-deactivated silica bonded with C18 ligands. The column uses 3.5 µm particles, 100 Å pores and a 4.6 mm internal diameter for reversed-phase HPLC analysis of small molecules. Its low silanol activity and endcapped bonded phase support consistent peak shape and reproducible retention during routine assays and method transfers. The specified mobile-phase pH range is 2–8, and the maximum pressure is 415 bar. This is the short 75 mm column format rather than a 150 or 250 mm column, allowing method developers to select the appropriate analysis length for their separation requirements.
